Cancellation Policy

 A $30 deposit for each room booked, will be applied to the card provided when reserving your stay. This deposit is non-refundable within 2 weeks prior to your check in date, and will be deducted off the total upon arrival, or post check in.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of check in will be subject to the full cost of the original reservation.

In the event of Marine Atlantic Ferry cancellations (when travelling from NS), cancellation fees may be waived if we are unable to accommodate you at a later date, we evaluate these situations on an individual basis. In this event, we ask that guests contact us immediately so we can do our best to accommodate any changes.
